This dynamic process integrates Hatha Yoga & Pilates Body Conditioning to promote physical and mental harmony. It aims to awaken the spontaneous flow of Life Force in the body by joining posture, breath & movement in an unbroken, active meditation. This facilitates a deep state of physical and mental relaxation.
