A native of the United States, Constance Britton was born on March 6, 1967. Britton made her feature film debut in the 1995 comedy-drama The Brothers McMullen, an independent production. The following year, she landed the role of Nikki Faber on the ABC sitcom Spin City.
Later, she acted in a number of movies, including The Last Winter (2006) and Friday Night Lights (2004), as well as the brief comedy The Fighting Fitzgeralds (2001) and Lost at Home (2003).
