According to the medical examiner, Corey’s 62-pound body had indications of several contusions of varying durations.
The report also mentions contusions and abrasions on the young boy’s back, legs, and arms, in addition to the heart and liver.
Was Father Christopher Gregor Arrested For Murder?
Yes! Corey Micciolo’s father, Christopher Gregor, was arrested for the murder of his child. However, he was released on bail on September 2021.
For an incident on March 20, 2021, Gregor stands up to ten years in jail on a charge of second-degree child endangerment.
He and Corey Micciolo’s mother, Breanna Micciolo, shared custody of the youngster’s death.
Corey was placed on a treadmill in the condominium gym where Gregor lived in Barnegat.
According to police who analyzed the footage, the suspect accelerates on the treadmill, forcing the boy to tumble.
He then re-inserts Corey several times while the youngster continues to slip off.
Gregor is also accused of biting Corey in the head during the incident.
On April 2, 2021, Corey died unexpectedly at the Southern Ocean County Medical Center.
Breanna took Corey to Jersey Shore Medical Center the day before he died.
She claims Corey told physicians his father was hurting him.
Breanna claims that soon after Gregor entered his son’s life, she filed many reports with DCPP (NJ Child Protective Services).
When Gregor was five years old, Christopher met his son for the first time in 2019.
