Both were taken into custody and lodged in Tihar Jail for 14 days. They were questioned, but afterward, they were freed on bond. In addition, Jindal Group reversed the claim in 2018 and claimed that settlements had been reached. In light of this, the lawsuit is over.

Sudhir Chaudhary was from Hodal Town in Sondhad, Hodal, Haryana, and it is unknown where he is nowadays.
